ABOUT US
Founder and Head of Delegation
Madeline is a dedicated student-athlete studying in Florida, USA. For three years, she has served as captain of her school's golf academy. In 2022, she was honored with the Gold President's Volunteer Service Award for her outstanding contributions to her community. She has also been accepted into the highly competitive Yale Young Global Scholars program due to her exceptional academic abilities. She started the GSEP initiative during the period of Covid-19 and has been dedicated to building it and launching it in 2023.

Dean is a renowned educational thought leader, author, and program developer. A prolific writer and thinker, he has authored five books, published numerous essays, and has served on expert panels and podcasts. His passion for developing youth leaders and building bridges of understanding between cultures has taken many forms including the founding of the Dominican Republic Orphanage project, the Center for Global Youth Leadership, and TLL Global. Currently, Dean serves as the President and Executive Head of School of two campuses in New York City, and his career as an educational leader has included nearly 30 years in boarding schools throughout New England and Atlanta.
Jing Zhao Cesarone
Co-Head of Delegation
Jing is the CEO of Global CSR Foundation and an inter-generational Council Member at Young Global Leadership Foundation. She is an accomplished business leader and compassionate public servant with over twenty years of experience in NGO management, business strategy, and cross-cultural marketing. She has extensive experience in implementing CSR best practices for fortune 500 companies and has been engaged in several SDG initiatives, including early childhood education, women’s empowerment and youth leadership programs.
Dr. Linda J. Stillman
Co-Head of Delegation
Dr. Stillman is a global mentor and the visionary chair of the Young Global Leadership Foundation (YGLF). She served as the UN public affairs consultant for the UN Women’s Fourth World Conference, Beijing 1995. Dr. Stillman has also taken the role as an independent professor, professional development director, cultural communication expert, conference / event organizer, speaker, and writer. In her academic capacity for 30 years, Dr. Linda has taught at the University of Maryland, Bonn, the European Business Management Academy, Paris/Bonn, LIM College and Pace University, New York City, and presented several times at the UN.
Dr. Wale Idris Ajibade
Co-Head of Delegation
Dr. Wale Idris Ajibade is the founder and Executive Director of African Views Organization, a nonprofit in consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council. Prior to joining the non-profit sector, Dr. Ajibade had fifteen years’ experience in the financial market industry, where he worked as the Director of Research and Marketing for International Investment Advisers, as well as at Standard and Poor’s, Reuters America, and Citibank Private Bank. Dr. Wale Idris Ajibade has given speeches at the US State Department, United Nations, African Union, Colleges, and Universities on issues related to the role of cultures in peace, security, health, environment, media, and economic development.
